I think I ended up trying several times before it moved over. Finally when my husband bought a Mac, we got a free printer to go with it and I was worried that I will be spending a fortune on cartridges, the original reason why I had avoided buying a printer for so long. I have been hesitant about buying a printer for years now. I must say that the manual for the printer is no good. I must say that I am quite happy with my HP photosmart printer and happier still with the cartridges which are very reasonably priced specially in dual package size and were available so quickly from Amazon. The installation was pretty easy with the only tricky part being getting the cartridge holder to move all the way back to the right so that you could replace them. Nonetheless, the cartridges are working great and I will continue to buy them into size from Amazon. Thank you.
